Big Top
The ARC was one of the most famous bikes in the history of Yeti. It boasted the first Easton Taperwall tubeset and set a standard for lightweight. The ARC Big Top is a continuation of the original idea, except it rolls on bigger hoops and a carbon rear triangle.
It took us a while to get on the 29'r band-wagon, but once we did, we were all in. We started by making a full-alloy frame, but our test riders felt it was a bit stiff, so we added carbon fiber to mellow out the rear end but retain great lateral stiffness. The front end boasts classic Yeti geometry, a little slacker and lower than the other guys. So it retains all the advantages of a 29'r but descends like a Yeti.
